    OT--Hitler's P38-$3 Million

Here is a posting that is good for a laugh! This gun has been around for the past 12 years that I know about.

Read the letters he posts and you will see that they attest to nothing? My charts were used without my permission, too.

    Very interesting!
I have the axe that George Washington used to chop down that cherry tree. The head's not original, and I've replaced the handle a few times, but it's his axe alright. Perhaps we can trade?

I have two of George Washington's original axe. I restored one of the thrown away axe handles and put it on a different axe head. I also obtained the axe head and restored it but I had to use a different axe handle. But they're both George Washington's axe that chopped down the cherry tree.

I used to have the tree, but I mistakenly used the wood to smoke bacon and hams! I still have the ashes though! Nick

I once was offered Hermann Göring's very own Walther PP, with "Herman Georing" in electric pencil on the slide. Unfortunately, I was broke at the time and unable to take advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime offer, only $1000!

I weep when I realize what I had to pass up.

I like the magnifier on that web site. Quite useful but any images would have to be in high res.

Funny, is it just me or does the #1 look stuck much deeper than any of the other markings???

Since Walther had been making the P.38 for four years by 1943, I thought they would have gotten past number 1. And where is Adolf's signature in electric pencil?
