Whoever does the job whether it be you or someone of your choosing I strongly suggest they read Peter Laidler's how to make up a useable No.4 sniper articles 1 thru 4 found on the Enfield forum before doing any drilling and tapping. There's a lot more to it than just screwing on the pads and mounting a scope if you want it to work as it should. Definitely not a job for the amateur gun plumber.
