    what is it

    i started this on cgn but figured it would be good for milsurps.com since it is a milsurp so here it is




    please help im looking to get wood to replace the sportered stock.

    p.s it has these markings on reciever but does not have vz24 on it anywhere

    Looks like a Brno made czech mauser. But you probably already knew that. They continued making mauser style rifles for many many years (I visited the factory 2 years ago and they were looking at closing due to funding issues).

    That wood doesn't look sporterized to me.... unless it's been sanded heavily or something.

    If you do swap it out tho, I have a barreled action that set would look lovely on
