    Tiny Pics Shutting Down

Seen tonight Tiny pics is shutting down, giving you about 2-3 weeks (maybe less) to get your pictures out of there.
About a month ago I started loading some there to try out, since Photobucket has once again kidnapped my files. Holding them for a ransom.
Reading a little about Tiny pics tonight they 'Highly Recommend' you use their partner company Photo bucket for all your hosting needs.

Someone told me Imgur (sp?) holds for so long then deletes/drops them?
    Not too sure about that.
But I need to look for a new Host Sight.

How are you using GOOGLE photo liking it ?
    Is it easy to use?

    Thx,
    CH-P777

    Thanks, Charlie

Tiny pics images uploaded or referenced here may be safe even after they shut down.

In case some members are not aware of this.

Why are my images from Photobucket, ImageShack etc. copied to milsurps.com?

.... extract ... All images whether uploaded directly or linked to indirectly from other Internet web sites by members are hosted and stored on the Milsurps.Com internal server... end of extract.
    Regards
    Doug

    I don't get it ??
When I previewed and posted the picture above it had the Photo Bucket label across it.
If you click on my link it will still have it.

    Hi Charlie.

I honestly don't know as I haven't used PhotoBucket personally in years.

It may have something to do with your type of membership on Photobucket, or it may be something new they've implemented to get free advertising and boost their revenue?

Regardless, the way you've uploaded them here has allowed them to be saved locally here, so you'll never lose them now, even if you deleted your PhotoBucket account or deleted the pics themselves from PhotoBucket.

I note that the thread you linked to goes back to 2012 and the pics you show are retrieved and stored from our site and not from PhotoBucket.

    Regards,
    Doug
