Easily restoreable. WW2 sling is worth a bit... May be possible to graft a new forend on it and even use the old stock. I don't think I've ever seen a front band fitted to the forend of a sporterized rifle like that - that IS strange! There is a lot of external rust from being left dry for many years - probably came out of a WW2 vet estate at some point. Good luck on the barrel... you may be able to fix it with a hundred bucks worth of parts, throw in some elbow grease, and have a $600-700 rifle.
Northridge Int'l has/had real wood. Give them a call. Good luck.
ya did good, all those parts you have will look good with that rifle in them.
and you have the correct band and bayonet lug.
Any stamps on the sling?? (Boyt etc??).
Dupage Trading had front sections for repairing sporters.
