    Help Reading K31 Tag Information

Hi guys, it's been a while since I've been on the site.

I have a friend who just got a K31icon rifle with a tag under the buttplate. Unfortunately, we are having a hard time deciphering what the words/numbers mean despite having looked on several reference sites. I was hoping by posting pictures here some of you could help us out with the ID of the soldier, unit, address etc. Thanks a lot!

    Here are some pictures:

Could still be living. Try a Swissicon telephone directory.

Well, I found the address of a "Ernst Schmid" living in Flecken Hundwil:

    Schmid Ernst (-Arnold) - local.ch

Could this be him? If so what does the Canton Aargau piece mean?

A Canton is similar to the State/Province.
