    Looks like a Spanish Mod 43. These were made during WW 2.
    I believe that marking on the receiver is for the Spanish air force.

    Spanish M44 Air Force Mauser, the EA prefix means Ejército del Aire.

    Now I need help finding mag for it.
    Looks like the follower, spring, and plate is missing (and plate screw).

    There should be some interchangeability with other 7.62 Mauser rifles. Don't limit your search to the M-44 parts or you may be frustrated.
