Help identifying M96 diopter hole pattern

Hello! I just bought my first M96 rifle and I'm trying to figure out the mounting hole pattern that was tapped into the rear of the action. From what I've found online most hole patterns are in an offset fashion, however mine are directly parallel. I'd ideally like to find a diopter that matches this patten and add it to the rifle. Thanks in advance for the help!

You do have problems as there were around 12 made for the 96, but seeing as how you are in the USAicon and Bubba seems to pop up regularly tampering with rifles, I would try a Lyman No 48
