Condition question?

Any opinions on this WRA carbines condition? To me its 85-90%?
Considering its parkerizing is faded..or worn? Or were early WRA carbines not as dark? My early Inlands are darker, as blued...I know its nice, Lyman front sight, early handguard...any idea on value?

No Scott..just after "I" cut was replaced by oval cut.
