Wish we had some Turks fighting alongside our guys today. They were some badaas fighting men.
It looks like their kukris knives can be seen on their belts. It is said they they preferred to use their kukris in combat and applied them with great effect and much zeal. A Korean War vet I worked with spoke of the Turks, they were feared and respected by both sides.![]()
