Regulated enfields in the US?

Did any of the 'regulated by fultons', or Parker Hale enfields, make it to the US in their target shooting heyday 1920's-1950's? They seem to have covered the commonwealth pretty well, but I could imagine the US would have its own rifles in that niche.
'regulated, by Billy the kid', that I'd like to see...

I could tell you more certainly if it was a no 4. I have a no4 mk1/2 here and both recoil blocks have been deeply cut out, new ones made in a dark hardwood and have been epoxied back in. They are also located with a dowel epoxied though t from the outside, I suppose as a locator, although all that glue should hold a tank. That screw is in the same place, plus its too low to stop left/right rocking of the forearm, something else that fultons got into.

Even Fultons have been known to make mistakes :

Could be when they removed the butt bolt before the forend, split the forend and decided to screw it back together.

I've got one like that, they are self-tapping screws which cut into holes drilled in the action to hold the forend tight onto the receiver.
I've also had one done with threaded inserts.
