    I've heard of Garands MODIFIED for a lot of cartridges, including .22LR
    and .458 Winchester. And much in between.
    But deliberate production as another cartridge....guess this is it.
    Maybe.

    Also of interest was the Korean manufacture of Garands.
    OK, US, Italia, Korea, Argentinaicon......Who else?
