    Goo, it looks like some of the Korean stenciling we have seen in years past, but it doesn't contain any Korean alphabet I can discern. Probably not anything more than some country's rack numbers, but I can't tell which one.

    It could be American, but I am sure someone will chime in and offer us some better idea than mine.
