    No problem.
    My wife's Mom emailed it to me, not bad tech work for 85 years old!
    My wife's Dad was there with the 29th, my Dad with the 1st. Both went in D+48 or so, could be the reason why we were both born...

    My Dad told me when he drove off the LST, he left his radio truck and dug a foxhole, truck was blown up in short order. He said there were plenty of Germans left even though he went in on the 2nd day. He was artillery not infantry.

    July and August were very tough months for those guys in Normandy, not that June was easy.
