    Actually it is a $450 voucher that you take to your local gun store and they do all the fed/state business for your rifle,Max Motors in Missouri,owner is Mark Fuller,he does these kind of sales promotions every year,last year I think it was handguns.you can get more wxpensive gun by paying diff. over the the $450.
