    Barrel dated 3-43.
    First serial block Underwood..1,414,6xx
    Correct stock?
    I cut?
    Or Oval?

    Gut wanted to say possible use of Type II.....but after looking at the early serial number of 1,414,6xx I wasn't sure.

    I thought maybe borderline since Underwood would have been well into the 4 mil block........but 1,414,6xx is pretty early.
