Was looking for 03 treasures...

in New England, but all I could come up with was an Unertl spotting scope 24x63. It has no case or mount and has been around the block a few times (major scratches on the outside finish), but the optics apear to be in very nice shape. I'll post pics when I return home. I paid an obscenely low price.

The closest thing I have to a 1903 Springfield treasure is a P.J. O'Hare rear sight micrometer.......not even in the same category as a Unertl scope. I guess I'll call mine a trinket. Beach

I just wanted to clarify that it is a spotting scope and not a rifle scope. I did find one minus against it, the eye relief seems a little low and I'm not sure how well it will work with shooting glasses on. We shall see.

Well as you can see, it's been around the block a few times. The coating on the front lens is worn, but there's no scratches. This is all I got, without a case or stand. Please offer some opinions.
