based on how sanded it is( lip on highwood portion), it doesnt seem to fit, as well as dings are filled with grime, but there is no grime and the letters have distinct 2 sided borders

    i would say no

    I agree -
The marking in the sling well is more worn than the CC.

The NPM I had is the bottom photo. It's pretty worn but I would feel better with it that the fresh stamp on top.

It sold for $1,100.00. With roughly less than 1 hour left in the auction, they added to the description that the stock WAS CUT FOR THE M2.
There has been some questions over the last year about this seller. I know he does have partners.
I bought stocks, etc from him back when they were on Ebay before the big rule changes over gun parts. Always received good parts and service back then.

Here's a IBM they sold a while back.
    Any thoughts on it's stamping?

Charlie, it's hard to get a complete detailed macro shot of a original IBM & Std. Prod. cross cannons to compare to the reproductions. Being 65yrs old, worn and the smallest CC made. This same seller sold a Std. Prod. carbine, the CC was a perfect match with Harrisons book, which is wrong.
