    Thumbs up

    Check the England - Milsurp Knowledge Library for the representative example we have there, of an "all correct" 1944 Enfield No.4 Mk1(T) Sniper Rifle (Mfg by BSA Shirley - M47c), complete with a 130 picture photo montage of most of the markings and components you should see on yours.

    Hope this helps ...

    Regards,

    * (T)'s

    It is speculated that Long Branch didn't put the "T" on their snipers, as more than a few examples don't have it. (Especially the early ones). However, a number do have it. It is suspected that when these went to the Britishicon, their armorors "made it right" and applied the "T" stamp. It'll drive you nuts....
