Is this the correct bullet guide for SA Feb 44 (2.599M)?
The Duff book has this as the correct shape, but doesn't mention stamped letters on the face as shown in the photo.

I believe that is an SA replacement from very late war or very early rost war.

The bullet guides in your pic are the unnumbered forged type. The numbers you see on them are forging numbers from the forging die and have nothing to do with the earlier numbered bullet guides that had the drawing number stamped on them. The guides in your pic were used from approximately serial number 300000 to 2800000 so would be correct for your rifle
