Small repair to a P14 stock

Refurbing a sporterized P14; the replacement stock I have had missing chunks, so here's the repair to it. I'll also post the rest of the refurb as it goes along. Cheers!

A year ago I acquired a small stack of spare parts, and some chunks of walnut were in the lot.

Best would be to find a carpentry or woodworking specialty store. Best I found near my place though is a store which specializes in wood working material, and a wide variety of wood is stocked (from typical North American to Asian, African, etc).
