What were the "inserts" you refer to ?? I know what drillings are, don't see too many around here though. Maybe one every few years.

    TIA,

    Emri

Drillings are high end Germanicon two and three barrel rifle with three calibers. Each barrel will have one or more inserts to change calibers from 4mm to 9.3X82 and 20g and 12g shotgun. All hand made and fitted to each rifle with great care. From the late 1800's on they are considered an artform by grand master gunmakers in Europe.

The place was so dark my little Fuji couldn't light it up. Maybe when I have the time I can work on the picture with photoshop.

Sorry MJ1, I don't get it. Is it one of those mystery pictures and we have to find 200 drillings hidden in the sand? Are those barrels sticking out of the water?

JUst as I thought these barely worked, none of the pictures from up stairs came out. This shop is a drak hole on the back streets of San Jose Costa Rica. Owner was an amazing guy, he says he is the S&W importer and hunts around the world. I can see this as he gets $2000 USD for an S&W 686, my deal would be $1500 when I have proof of residency. Like a copy of my property tax form.
