Seek help with WRA stock marking

Guys I have this posted on several sites for maximum response as time is critical.

Looking for some input as to the marking on a M1917 stock I am considering buying. I've looked at many 1917 stocks over the years but have never seen one marked like this, the ones I've seen are larger thinner letters. Seller says its WRA and that the bolt cutout also confirms this? I've never known WRA to have a diiferent bolt cutout either. Do they? I know Krags do but I'm not aware if 1917's do.
Is this a WRA stock? Seller is a decent guy, great feedback on GB and Ebay.
I'm just not sure on this one.

My Winchester, along with all that I have ever seen has a large "W".
I have never seen a small "w" like that.
The bolt cut out does seem to be that of a Winchester. Each company
had a slightly different shape. IMHO it appears that the "w" was stamped after all of the original markings ( W & eagle proofs) were sanded off during a arsenal rebuild. The rebuild stamp and proof are still strong.
The rifle itself appears to be a Eddystone.

I have a Winchester with the same marks. According to some photos that Don Wilson sent me, I beleive that it is a Winchester stock. Don't know why that had big "W" marks and small "w" marks. My serial number is 168423. Is your's close?
