    What does regulated mean?

I'm noticing these target enfields for sale around the place and a fair few have 'Regulated by Fultons' on them. I really should know as I have a couple now but hadn't really thought about it...

The rifles look like stock enfields, especially the no4mk1's and/2's, apart from the usuall 'AGP bore burnished' stamped on the front of the barrel, they look stock.

what does 'Regulated ...' actually mean?
