    Hi All,

What kind of packaging does the Green Spot Sniper ammo come in?

    Thanks

    Depends upon the age:

Up to the early 90's, it was packaged in standard brown cardboard boxes of 20, as with normal ball ammunition - there were one or two variations in label. I don't think it was actually called "Green Spot" then - it just had a green spot on the label to differentiate it from the black spot normal ball ammo.

In the 90's Royal Ordnance was privatised, and made some attempt to create a "brand" called Green Spot. Green Spot was packed in the coloured box in the left of the photo. (It was still just ordinary ball ammo from the beginning of the batch run)

    Thunderbox,

Thank you for the great pics, any chance you have a spare brown box for sale?
