The other day I was surfing the web for discussions about the Romanian PSL. I recall reading a thread about lisiting PSL magazine serial numbers and creating an exchange of sorts.

The problem is, I can't remember what the website was and haven't been able to find it again. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
