    Kerr sling

    I want to buy a Kerr sling (repo OK) and have seen a mob called WPG ,anyone delt with them ??

    Yes , they're ok.

    The 1903 and 1917 repros they make are good quality and have M3 style end hooks on them so they can't be passed off as orig. They look good and display nicely , but are not for field use. I bought several to save wear and tear on my orig. ones , and the hooks are too soft and can deform with thumb preasure. Because I use mine , I had to re-install the orig. ones back on.

    If anyone wants repros , I have a dozen like new ones for $20 each plus flat rate box priority mail shipping ---prob'ly $5 for up to 3-4 , $12 I think for up to all.

    I want to use kerr slings on my M17 and springfield for competition shooting ,i may try and track down an original one if the are not going to be up to it ,cheers
