    GR Enfield 1917 smle III

    Hi,this time i would like to know if it possible to find the regiment,country of this rifle GR enfield 1917 smle III ,was used during the war.this rifle as been sporterized,regimental disc removed and plug,i have to search for an other wooden stock set to replaced the old one,

    Without specific regimental markings on the rifle itself, there is no way to trace the rifle's history. However, one the marks on the barrel, shows that it served with Canadianicon forces. The "C" with the arrow is the Canadian ownership mark.
