K98 receiver inquiery

I have a probably lithuanina K98k rifle. It is marked with the belgian manufacturers Logo. FN on top of the receiver. Just below on the side of the action I find the following rather primitiv hammered in inscription. UTSRИ HAMEИ HDSTRUA
Below this. UTSRИ HAMEИ HDS
It lacks the national symbol of Lithuania.
Can anyone identify it for me? I do know that this particular receiver was only sold to Lithuania and Nationalist China in the thirties.
