    Winchester stock?

The Winchester carbine has a stock that I assume is winchester since it has a W in the sling well But I can see no other marks on the stock. Perhaps some of you more knowledgeable members can tell by the shape of the fore end as I see mentioned that wins are flatter .The stock has a well done selector cut out . My thought is that someone sanded it as I see no P or circle P thanks Russ

Whatacountry has several nice Win stocks. You need a type 3 Win stock with the crossed cannons only. Not one with WRA/GHD and crossed cannons.

Well, its a nice looking stock from what I can see from the pictures. I am wondering what condition the nose and the recoil shelf is in... it may be a great shooter. I would not get rid of it, especially if you are going to buy a collector level stock. Keep this potbelly for range trips and a collector for show-n-tell. I seem to shoot tighter groups with potbellies and I don't like taking high end stocks to the range where almost anything could happen.

    Just my two cents worth...
