    Envoy, Enforcer, L42A1 C&Rs?

    Hello fellow Enfield collectors,

Quick question for the group. I found an older C&R List On line that listed the following Enfields as C&R. The listing was for 1972-1998.

    * Britishicon Enfield L42A1, bolt action sniper rifle, 7.62 NATO caliber.
    * British Enfield No. 8 Mk.1, bolt action target rifle, caliber .22.
British "Enforcer" model Lee Enfield, bolt action Sniper rifle, caliber 7.62mm.
British "Envoy" model Lee Enfield, bolt action rifle, cal. 7.62mm.
British Lee Enfield No. 4, bolt action service rifle, cal. .303, in original military configuration,
    produced prior to 1958.
British Lee Enfield, Number 9, training rifles, caliber .22.
British Rifle No.7 MkI, cal. .22, bolt action, training rifle.
British SMLE XL42E1 Bolt action sniper rifle, cal. 7.62 NATO.

The newest list does not list any of these as C&Rs. Were they pulled back off the list?

I have a C&R and just purchased an Envoy and want to make sure that I can receive it as a C&R. If not, I will need to have a dealer receive it for me.

    Thanks for the help,

    Brian

You might check with Brian Dickicon- it's his livelihood, after all.
