Is it safe for me to shoot in my M1A?

I recently came into some 7.62 ball ammo headstamp MEN 86, made in Germanyicon.
Did some research - saw one forum post claiming this ammo is HOT. Couldn't find specifics on this MEN 86.
Went to mfg website "Metallwerk Elisenhütte G.m.b.H., Nassau, Lahn, Germany" and saw their current 7.62X51 NATO ball, (DM41) with specs:
    146 grs
    velocity 2746 fps (837 m/s)
    pressure _< 380 Mpa (55,000 psi)
I don't know how this might compare with the MEN 86.

I researched the US Army 7.62X51 ball with specs:
    150 grs
    velocity 2750 fps
    pressure max 50,000

I am a little worried that the MEN 86 pressure might be too high but can't confirm.

    My M1Aicon is SN 40544 marked 7.62MM.

Can anyone offer any advice about shooting the MEN 86 in my rifle?

    Thanks very much.

Here is a thread on highroad about that very ammo. Seems there are still conflicting points of view....as always.

There is not the difference in pressure that you think. The pressure specs for the U.S. 7.62X51 ammo was obtained using the copper crusher method. While they called it PSI, it is actually 50,000 C.U.P. The pressure of the U.S. and Germanicon ammo if measured using the same method are not enough to worry about.
