Marking looks fine to me also.

    Is this a new find?

    Cheers,

Mike it's a good one. Used from the summer of 1943 to the end of production.

Welcome back Charlie. Good vacation ?. This one is re built, but I can't help looking at .... the top half, Underwood, trigger housing is Rock, stock is a WRA. Trying to find out what is in the trigger housing and bolt. Might be a good one for me to buy and "part out" as you guys say. Will try and post some pics tonight but am having problems with that at the moment. Cheers guys. Mike.

    Mikey,

Its just a sad thought that we can not trade alot of parts between countries. You have some nice stuff down there that is hard to find here. I am also sure you droll over some of the stuff posted here that can not be exported to down there.

Thankyou Tired and Retired. You have identified the problem. I have managed to help a few guys with parts/stocks in the States, but after 9/11 the rules changed. I got busted, and warned by N.Z Customs for trying to send a mate in Florida a round WRA bolt he wanted without an import permit from the US State Department, and an export permit for a prohibited item from N.Z. Madness, for a small part of a 65 year old receiver. Cheers. Mike.
