    depends on if you are buying or selling! 1500-2000 on CMPicon maybe same on GB I found one RIA for 1200 plus commission--memory? may be off 100-200 or so

    Mine is rough, but all correct. I wouldn't part with it for those prices......

    That carbine price was the result of two bidders going at it starting at the $1,560 level and not stopping until they hit $4K. While it does show a value, it also is a bit isolated in price. Guess they both wanted it REALLY bad.

    All auctions usually come down to two people bidding against one another. Can't argue with the results. Which are probably why CMPicon reserves certain specimens for auction while selling others at a fixed price in a luck of the draw operation. The good thing about an auction is that it provides a verifiable account of what something sold for instead of relying on an apocryphal story.
