Hello all,
First post in this section & I am looking for a little information on an unidentified rifle.
A mate has inherited what has been described to him as a "Chinese 3 man gun", the relative he inherited it from had always said it dates back to the boxer rebellion, apart from that, no other info.
It is a black powder weapon, stocked in bamboo & at least .50 calibre, maybe more !
I don't have any photos of it to post, as when I saw it I was camera-less.
However, I do have this photo I found when trying to research it.
It is similar, although the bamboo stocked one is not as thick around the wrist as the one pictured, and the bamboo stock is about three quarter length.
Any leads most welcome.
Cheers,
David.Information
