    Is this a Singer Mag?

I have a magazine I picked a while back, it has a S on the top of the floor plate, also has what seems like very large pins holding floor plate and it is bright blue finish. In addition something else a little different is the follower instead of the usual dot it has an elongated raised area. I can supply a pic if needed. I appreciate any information on this.

Sounds like a Scovill with an incorret follower. The marvels of modern photography might lend us a clue.

Yes, I know the characteristics of a Singer magazine. Your magazine was made by Scovill in 1942 or early 1943.
