    Another SMLE sling, markings?

Is this more appropriate for a 1943 Savage No4Mk1*, than the "ersatz sling from 1941?? Maker?

Strange that it has domed rivets, normally they are flat. No idea on the maker.

The Mills sling in your other post is fine.

There is a 1944 dated Savage sling on GB if having the Savage assembled sling is more important than having the correct year.

    Here is the link...

And don't forget the "Savage" made action cover.

The web slings with the domed, brass rivets, often unmarked, are Canadianicon made. Perfectly appropriate for any Lee-Enfield.
