    Maltby FTR mark

Just picked up this cosmo-covered 1942 ( Fills a gap in the collection!) Maltby No. 4. When I wiped off some of the grease, I noticied this tiny Maltby FTR mark. Has anyone seen this before?

Well, it just goes to show.................... I've never seen that mark before and didn't know Maltby had FTR facilities. They were simply a manufactory and the first to go. But that distict M is definately Maltby..............
