Very nice. Round Tikka 91/30s are not too common. I have a 43 Tikka, 3000 serial numbers earlier than yours, that will shoot minute of angle. Pull the receiver out of the stock and see what date and manufacturer is stamped on the bottom of the tang. Mine has no date which most likely means it is a New England Westinghouse receiver.....chris3
