Authentic M1903A4 Sniper bolts are hard to find and fairly expensive when you do. For several years now the average price as run about $400. And that's just for the stripped body. Every now and then someone may luck into one at a gun show at a low price but with the advent of the net and on line auctions most people are fairly savvy on prices.
Now if you are just looking for a low scope bolt for a sporter or snper A4 sniper clone you can buy modified A3 bolts from the big parts houses like GPC for a lot less - More like $50.00.
The M1903A1 sniper with the Unertl 8x Telescope was capale of using a bolt with a standard handle as the scope slide forward out of the handle's way on each shot (actually to be precise the scope stayed in the same place in space and time and the rifle recoiled out from under it when the rifle was fired). Some photos of these rifles show a slight relief of the bend of the bolt handle. This was probably done in the field at the request of the sniper..
