t38 series 22 Kokura

T38 with ser. 12564 and series 22 mark . With the 4 circle Kokura factory mark . What year?All matching even floorplate ,straw colors, and nice blue ,smooth finish and polish. Very well made. I only own one T38,but there nice well made rifles. I need some 6.5 ammo.
