    A beautful 1939 Navy Colt M1911A1....

A friend told me that a woman had a Colt for sale, so I contacted her, and she was a tiny little Philippino lady whose husband had recently passed away. He had retired from the Navy as a Chief Stewards Mate. He had joined the Navy just prior to WW II.

She was TERRIFIED that the Feds would show up at any moment and arrest her because of the USP stamp on the Colt, and made me PROMISE her that I would NEVER reveal where I got this Colt... Thank goodness that nobody defaced thiis one , it is 1939 Navy M1911A1!!!!

That's the nicest 1939 Navy that I've ever seen. Thanks for sharing the photos with us.
