Why use a 50 pound bomb when a 500 pound bomb will do?

Merry Christmas to all, I joined the black powder family today, the wife and kids gave me a 1851 Confederate Navy .44 bp revolver . I'm blessed to have such a great family.

The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!

If I was 50 years younger I'd love to have a percussion revolver; lot of work to clean it up - these days I'd toss it, minus grips, into the dishwasher. So goes my tolerance for work. Congratulations; a great piece of history. Spiller & Burr?
