    At approx. what serial number did they start using the square pattern?

    Thats the way I read it in the newsletter..G&G mfg and Seymour Products Co. were the two suppliers to Inland.

    The newsletter has an original rifle with an 18k serial number, a July '42 barrel date, and a square pattern buttplate. Several more below 150k with square ones. Chalk up another mistake for Riesch.
