WRA hammer, and proofs inside stock??

Note the small numbers "21" inside my WRA stock, 1108196, must be an inspector?

Note proofs in front of trigger housing lug..B over B, and E or T

Type 2 dogleg hammer has no "W", but it has 2 punch marks..Look like WRA?

We've found numbers and or letters stamped on the frt bridge on I cuts straight through to long channel low wood WRA stocks.
Some also have the frt bridge stamped with letters/numbers stamped on the lower right rail.

Same thoughts... Inspectors, shift and or stations...etc.

I assume you already read this in the newsletter? NL #336 says, Unmarked Type 1 hammers were reported up to about serial 1022464. "Virtually all type 2 and 4 hammers were reported as being marked with a W on left side". "An Unknown quantity of hammers was reportedly integrated from Std Products in late 1942 or early 1943". I guess "virtually all" would mean that there were some reported as not marked? I don't know. Just reporting what I have read.

ok, no problem. I see nothing in the CC letters regards a nice STD prod update like they have lately done for IBM, Winchester and INLAND blocks. I have never seen any data about a . . marked hamme (although I am by no means an expert in any of this stuff) . War Baby references Hawk Tool (S-HTE) and White sewing (SW) as Hammer vendors for Std Prod. War Baby, does confirm that an Unknown number of hammers were transferred from Std to Winchester in late 1942-early 43 but gives no indication of any markings on them. So.... maybe someone else like BQ has more information.

I didnt feel like trying to pull the hammer, I just hoped there was enough to make a judgement call...
