    Carbine Magazine Question

Recently acquired a 15 round magazine am wondering about markings on it. on the back is KSG (marked up side down). On the bottom is marked a K. The base plate is what I refer to as a type 1 no drain hole an no indentations.Wondering if some one could shed some light on this particular magazine. Thanks Vernon Morris

    Maybe a type 2 baseplate?

I'm a little late responding, but the K stamped bottom plate must be common. I just checked some I purchased recently, and I have (2) KSG and (1) K.I. with Type 2 bottom plates that have the K on them. - Bob
