    late Inland stock question

I am looking at a 6.9mm Inland handstamp which at first glance appears to be substantially correct. It has an un-sanded "OI" marked M2 stock with the selector cut. Can this M2 stock be correct for this late date Inland?

Is it a potbelly or a regular flat bottom?
It is to early for the potbelly, but the flat bottom m2 cut regular stocks started showing up around this time.

Thanks for the info. GeorgeG says that it is the flat bottom stock with the large ordnance wheel on the right hand side.
