    Question S&W revolvers........

Any of you guys know when S&W changed putting the monogram logo from the left side of the frame below the cylinder latch to putting it on the right side on the sideplate ??
I am not that intimately familiar with datelines on S&W.

    TIA,

    Emri

Thanks. I called Roy Jenks and he said my pistol was 1924 manufacture by ser. no. He stated that the logo has moved from one side to the other throughout production. He said they changed it from right to left just after WWI. Then back to the right side later on, etc.
