WTA Winchester/Underwood Carbine Value ?

I am looking at an original WTA Winchester/Underwood Carbine. Anybody fill me in on them? Looks to be correct. Serial # falls in the Carbine Club Underwood serial #2352520-2732519 Subcontracted Listing. Asking price is $1600.

FWIW the owner did say the carbine is all correct except the Type II band was added to replace a type III band. I think type II is correct for this era carbine.
