    trapdor trigger???

How do you go about making a lighter trigger pull on a trapdoor? Mine has an 1863 side lock on it. Thanks in advance.

You don't: they were built that way. IF you were to file, stone, hone, all the engaging surfaces...you would still be left with very heavy spring pressure. Reduce spring tensions and then you run into malfunctions.

My advice is to leave it alone.

    FWIW,

    Emri
